R. A. Bob Hoover Perpetual Trophy Slated for DC Museum

A major fundraising campaign officially kicked off on Wednesday at EAA with the goal of building and maintaining a perpetual trophy named for Robert A. “Bob” Hoover that will be “given a special place of honor in Washington, DC”.
